Major Games Canada (MGC) is a collective bringing together the Canadian Olympic Committee (COC), the Canadian Paralympic Committee (CPC), Commonwealth Games Canada, U SPORTS, Canadian Heritage (for the Games of La Francophonie) and the Canada Games Council. The partners are responsible for the management and coordination of multi-sport Games in Canada and internationally. MGC receives funding from the Government of Canada through the Sport Canada contribution to the Canadian Paralympic Committee.
Major Games Canada is a platform for alignment, engagement, and finding efficiencies for Team Canada’s participation in multi-sport Games. Its mandate is to develop an optimal sport delivery model, providing athletes, coaches, health services team and support staff an enriching experience and the opportunity to perform at their optimal level in a multi-sport games environment. MGC is also responsible for the management and coordination of Health Services Team for the Olympic and Paralympics Games, the Commonwealth Games, the Games of La Francophonie, the Pan American and Parapan American Games, the Universiades, and the Canada Games.

Antoine has a background in Athletic Therapy from Concordia University and a Graduate Degree in Sport Administration from John Molson School of Business. Antoine has been working for the collective since 2000 and has participated in over 35 Games Medical Missions so far!
Coordinator, Major Games Integration
Laurence has been practicing Athletic Therapy since 2016. In 2018, she obtained her Graduate Diploma in Business administration from Concordia University. Since joining Major Games Canada, she participated in 9 Medical Missions at multi-sport Games, and was part of the mission planning for 20 games.
